To initiate an exchange under our policy, please ensure that the item you wish to exchange is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including any attached labels.

Note

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from our side, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange.

For all other exchange requests, the consumer will incur a $24.99 fee for the exchange shipping.
